Initial conversation
We clarify your goals, current position, schedule, previous experience and what is getting in the way.

How it works
Your goals, current health, training history, schedule, travel and day-to-day demands all shape the process. From there, we agree the coaching and level of support that will be most useful to you.
The process
We clarify your goals, current position, schedule, previous experience and what is getting in the way.
Training history, movement, fitness, recovery, sleep, nutrition, stress and practical constraints are considered together.
You receive a clear plan built around the priorities most likely to move you forward.
Training, support and accountability adapt as your performance, circumstances and goals change.
Ways of working
Personalised programming, regular direct communication, progress reviews and ongoing adjustments to training, recovery and routines, wherever you are.
In-person sessions combined with remote support for continuity between appointments.
Frequent sessions, closer oversight, schedule flexibility and a higher level of access.
Remote continuity worldwide, with destination-based coaching or travel accompaniment by arrangement.
Connected professional support
Where appropriate, and with the client’s consent, I work alongside experienced physiotherapists and osteopaths so training can support injury management, rehabilitation and long-term progress.
This allows clearer communication between coaching and clinical care, while each professional remains within their own area of expertise.
